The white one eyed master showed me the jinga, and I used it on Don "The Dragon" Wilson, who showed no respect and was acting conceited. I'm a blue belt in Tae Kwon Do, and the spin back heel, also used in Capoeira, brought him down for the count. I dragged him to the side of a building and propped him up. It's a true story, remember, respect is so important....really! It's a great way to launch the kick, BTW.
