✈ Glasgow Airport: Emirates A380 begins scheduled flights from Dubai

Emirates operated an A380 Dubai-Glasgow in 2014 to celebrate 10 years of service on this route, but last week the A380 began a scheduled service to/from Glasgow Airport. And what a wonderful sight it is too.

Only Glasgow can be in awe at an aircraft, so new, so big and so magnificent, that`s already been condemned to death.
As a Glaswegian #avgeek its fantastic, but also very sad.

So Glasgow has had direct flights to Dubai since 2004.

I was on the inaugural scheduled service on the 16th to bkk via dubai. Brilliant flight and got 3 seats between the 2 of us on the Glasgow leg and booked the Upper deck two's for the bkk sector.
