tip for time traveling quicker! change the date while your game is still open, and then save and quit. once the main screen opens up the date will change! much easier than closing your game every time.:)

i absolutely adore the way you play animal crossing. i've never really thought about the villager's internal lives, i might start paying more attention to them
Canopy is basically a shelter. Man made ones you can sit or stand under to get shelter from rain or sun. Natural ones are made by the foliage of tall trees.

sad thing, acnh is the first animal crossing game i've ever played and i just started playing it on my birthday this year, august 7th
i was actually happy because i would watch my mom play almost every animal crossing game (she is obsessed lol) and my friends, yet never play my self
so my first day playing, i watched fireworks.. it was so pretty!

Most people have left the AC Community because they just got fed up of seeing the same repetitive events from last year. This is coming from the people who played this game last year.
I miss when our villagers would shiver or act sweaty by fanning themselves when they would exit their house based on the clothes they wore during whichever season. So many cute details just gone :(( imagine if the villagers followed the same rules so they didn’t wear long sleeves in summer and short sleeves in winter

Hey I just a few days got New Horizons {I know I am a bit late} and I was searching for tips and tricks for noobies and one of your videos came up. I was letting it auto play and I enjoy watching your videos while playing Animal Crossing. You have some really good ideas and also about the loud noises I've always hated loud noises and I have turned down going out to clubs or concerts because of the ridiculously loud music and loud people, so I feel your pain.
Super late but definitely 'bubble tea' in Toronto--I know 'boba' is also correct, but it feels very West Coast US when I hear it used to describe the drink itself

I know I am going to get hated on when I say this no matter where I am, but I will keep saying it because nobody seems to even listen to what the problem with this game is. I am sick and tired of all of these repetitive events. I am someone who played this game last year and I expected it to change and evolve over time. However, in 2021 all that this game has is just nothing but the same events from last year with minor tweaks and of course seasonal items. Nintendo had to nerve to say "Thanks for your patience and the updates are currently in development" why did they take so long to say this? They showed noting with Animal Crossing at E3 and there was all this hype around a major update coming soon, but it didn't came true. I try so hard to enjoy this game and try to look past the flaws, but now its getting harder to enjoy this game. I know y'all are going to say "Take a break and play other games" but truth be told I've done that numerous times and no matter how many times I keep coming back its always the same thing.

As much as I love this game I'm afraid I have to address the elephant in the room. This game has failed to change or evolve overtime. No matter how many times I log into this game wanting new stuff I keep experiencing the same stuff. Isabelle barely says anything new, all the villagers seem to talk about the same topics and ask the same questions, and of course it just seems like nothing major is happening on the island. I played this game last year and I really wanted to see change and new stuff, but sadly it just feels more of the same. I know people seem to have the notion that "Oh there will be a update soon" and "Oh maybe there will be a major update coming" I just have to say that these people are just expecting way too much based on the datamine that they see and they just love to go off about what they say. The community is very divided given how this game doesn't seem to even change or evolve.
Omg. I'm always made to seem like I'm weird cause I don't like loud noises. As a kid and even now, I hate fireworks up close cause they're too loud. I was always scared of planes crashing into my house, I even had nightmares. Once I saw a really low flying plane nowhere near the airport close to my house and I ran home screaming and crying. Lol. I like my music and tv quiet. I hate the movie theatres cause they blast the sound so loud at you. I hate when my family plays music loud in the card...I get very nervous. xD
