Does it make you feel at all apprehensive to know you have such a rare beast when you take her out for a drive? It's funny that you mention SAS Rogue Heroes, we have just started re watching that. It's great fun and a great story even on re-runs.
Its a rare beast indeed but it should get used and enjoyed Rouge Heroes is ace!, watched it again on a couple of wet evenings and as you say even re watching it it is still good! 😁👍👍
Wow ....to think my father's 2 jeeps were used on our farm in early sixties before yours was made if memory serves me well🤞🤞.....oh how I wish I still had them 🤔ok second one was what we call a donor jeep ...anyway congrats on yours brilliant....
My mb jeep has a reg doc year of 42 but the frame no and tub no is 44 it was imported from Arizona ,no doubt they just bought the jeep with out a pink slip and mated it with an old 42 pink slip. I wanted a m201 but when looking to buy one my mb came up for sale

The Jeep history is amazing when you think after serving in WW2 many were kept alive for years after and lived on farms and estates as workhorses 😁
