Bout to go to the bathroom and drop a man made disaster myself
That's deep man
dub2459 You win
Telugu technologies go fuck yourself
dub2459 ahahah
dub2459 lmao
Who came here after HBO Chernobyl?
Makes you wonder what other disasters here should get a HBO historical drama like Chernobyl.
I feel like it should be Bhopal disaster. I feel like that's a disaster the world needs to be more aware of especially in the botched compensation aftermath.
@@TheTrailburner the worst thing is that Chernobyl is in Ukraine. And I LIVE in Ukraine 🇺🇦💪
Wth...WHERE IS MY BIRTH?! IT SHOULD BE NUMBER 1
The Legend 27 Don't say that... :(
JakeTheLegit OH MY GOODNESS THAT MADE MY DAY😭😭😂😂
JakeTheLegit Doesn't matter both are horrible choices.
Have we ever done anything that's actually IMPROVED the planet from its usual state?
Yes
Probably not. But it is very clear now that most people think we need to act quickly now.
Getting infected with diseases
Remember guys:
April 22= Earth Day! 🌎
April 26= Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster
"Fifty Thousand People Use To Live here.........Now It's A Ghost Town"
"50,000 peoples used to live here; now it's a ghost town."
Its really sad to see the world like this.
It's always sad for me to hear people die from disasters!
And animals
Every 10 more years, we still remember The Worst Man made envinromental disasters including Chernobyl.
"50,000 people used to live in here, now it's a ghost town"
And what about Fukushima?
G Man They don't want the sheeple to know.
What about Love Canal NY?
G Man ~ That was caused by a natural disaster, not a man-made one.
That was cause by the earthquake plus tsunami back in 2011. That is not man-made.
I guess the decision to build the power plant next to a shelf was a man made failure and caused the disaster.
My grandpa developed a tumor due to agent orange. He had terrible night terrors because his squad was sneak attacked by Vietnamese soldiers.
my grandfather was effected by agent orange too, and i only found out recently. he died awhile back and no one ever really told me how or what caused it. i knew he was sick but i thought it was from complications from one of the many surgeries he had. my mom randomly brought it up recently and i was shocked.
I think the Dust Bowl could've been a honorable mention
Totally agree. I can't believe they didn't mention it
I don't know if it could be considered a Disaster, but in many parts of the word, especially the middle east, ancient civilizations deforested such larges swathes of land causing the arid desert landscapes we see today.
yes, they can also be considered
I am surprised that you didn't include a clip of the movie "Deepwater Horizon" for one of the entries.
Chernobyl was good for the environment though because a massive area is abandoned so plants and animals moved in
Well a lot of plants and animals died too for several years
"Chernobyl was good for the environment"
Jesus Christ
This is really making me feel bad for Mother Nature's creation being destroyed..
Why is Three Mile Island is on the list, since there was virtually no environmental exposure? Fukushima makes more sense.
Fukishima was a natural disaster 3MI was man-made.
BP is just the one responsible for one othe greatest ecocide, and to be honest, the "fine" is nothing against the damage they have already done
NO FUKUSHIMA?! That's killing the entire planet lol
If anyone's watched the Deepwater Horizon film you gotta admit it was pretty harrowing.
with Mark Whalberg?
Going to be honest, I have been a subscriber for a long time and I love when you make videos like this. Like these "Sadder" list are my favorite. I'm glad Rebecca is doing the Voice Over and I'm glad you used that background music. Great Video!
Top 10 Saddest anime moments
Lol
After Deep water Horizon. I cannot forgive BP oil for all of the damage they have done to the Gulf of Mexico.
great video about environmental disasters
Chernobyl disaster was caused by a flawed reactor design and sloppy training from the nightshift employees.
The Castle Bravo test, the shrimp device was meant to have 5-6 megatons but due to a miscalculation it was 15 megatons which is why it was 1,000 times more powerful than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. The resulting fallout rained on the other atolls and on a nearby Japanese tuna boat due to change of weather patterns.
Mankind these days..... My chimichanga fell down and they stepped on it.......
50,000 people used to live in that city. Now it's a ghost town
How the Hell is the Dioxin Contamination of Times Beach, MO not even here?!
It was arguably the most expensive clean-up in the world.
Surprised the WW2 bombings in Japan didn't make the dishonorable mentions.
Almost every disasters on this lists involves America. Amazing
Some Experts assume that effects of the Shrinking of the Aral Sea is equally devastating than the Chernobyl Desaster. So why is it just no.9? It should be at least in the top five of this list.
I mean the Shrinking alone contributes aproximately 1% to the entire global warming. A once prospering eco system is totally devastated: no sea life and no plants anymore just desert. Almost irrepairable.
Yeah, if you're going by the sheer scope of the environmental impact, that's pretty big. The incident in India is a stand out as well due to the death toll.
Mam I understood.everything what you have told in the video.
my draco do more damage
Bigsoulja Draco BIG SOULJA WITH THE DRACO
Jordan Ambrose ON DRACO NEM
Ball Deep In The Bacon gang
Well... Were's the Samarco's disaster that anihilated the River Doce here, in Brazil, almost 2 years ago?
I bet the Chernobyl accident is here somewhere :/
Edit: Oh hey, it's number 1
Although all of these are terrible, sadly we can confirm the worst man made disaster in history is the coming of the Anthropocene
i Wass pissed they didn't mention Chernobyl. then it was #1 well done mojo
the Dust Bowl was man-made and it caused tons of devastation!
actually chernobyl is great for the environment, because there no human there for decades the wild life adabpt to the radiation.
Not all of it. Many animals are born with birth defects till this day. The closer you are to the "heat zone" the less species there are.
Whenever you have a video with the sad music, could you have one of the other narrators voice it? Rebeccas' sultry, honey-dipped voice should only be used for the naughty/happy videos.
Nice videos
Totally missed the Dust Bowl.
The creation of Teen Titans Go.
I'm surprised the New Zealand Rena oil spill wasn't at least mentioned
My Grandfather was 17 or 18 years when he joined the New Zealand army to fight in Vietnam and not just were the Americans and the Vietnam people were affected by Agent Orange by all allied forces like the Australian and New Zealand army soldiers were impacted by this chemical warfare and my grandfather got infected with this chemical.
And this causes not just life longs affect that affect him today but also caused genetic disorders and mutations in many of my father's family.
That has caused such problems such as autism and other neurological disorders in my cousins and my older brother suffers from Epilepsy and my 8 year old brother suffers from Autism and my father believes these were directly caused from what my grandfather was contaminated by while serving in Vietnam. It's so horrible what the Americans decided to do not knowing or considering what the consequences of their actions would do not just towards the environment but also to the innocent Vietnamese people and towards other allied forces who still suffer from what they did decades ago.
Prestige Oil spill in Spain?
Am I the only one that thought number 1 would be World War II
why is Three Mile Island in this list at all? the overall off-site effects were practically negligible- average dose from the accident was less than what you get from an x-ray.
Fukishima would have been a better choice.
6:37
my farts are a catastrophic man made distaster
I'm guessing Chernobyl will be number 1.
Ravioli Ravioli give me the Formuoli......
50,000 people used to live here....now it's a ghost town.
Best directorial debuts
i thought number 1 was global warming. but chernobyl disaster still fits the spot right
#1 worst man made environmental disaster: Michael Bay's Transformers.
and many say humankind is not a blight of this world LOL
Ah yes typical US shenanigans
Too Much Greed and Too Much Disasters'
I know it's terrible and I hate people
doing that!😫
The saddest thing about the Chernobyl disaster in my opinion is that animals had to be abandoned and killed
Who gives a f about animals ?
Do you know how many people suffered and died ?
@@theshadowl4 yes, I do.
I know Fukushima was a tsunami, but on the other hand, I dont think that Nuklear Plant has grown there naturally : (
Do top 10 animes with best stories pls
The worst man-made disaster is: Flushing our poop in the sea
#1 the creation of man kind
soooooo people just dissapear when it gets foggy ? tf
Awww the first one (#10)happened on my birthday 😂
what for top 10 most watched watchmojo videos
Great. Now I wanna go hug a tree.
If an oil sinks, why don´t they just set the oil on fire so it doesn´t reach the coasts?
Anyone know the name of the background music used?
i just think that Mariana's disaster in Brazil should at least be mentioned...
I know it is not as bad as this but what about the dust cloud (idk the name) from early 1900's America
6:04 Lol! That camel
Chernobyl is the first thats right but i want to WHY and HOW it hapennd.
Was expecting the Mariana Barricade (Brazil) at least showing up
may have missed it but surely the fukashima power plant meltdown gets a top spot? or was that the meltdown mentioned in the honourable mentions part?
US is involved in each of these disasters
The chernobyl disaster was pretty obvious to be in the first place...
1. Electing Donald trump as president
Lowest unemployment in 50 years. Greatest stock market climb. North Korea finally agreeing to ending war with South Korea. Eradication of ISIS... etc. etc.
Yeah, sounds really terrible.
And don't try to pull that malarkey that Obama is the reason for any of that.
Surprised that the Chicago Fire isn't on the list
I'm calling it, the nuclear meltdown in Ukraine is #1
Erik Hughes I’m calling it too
If all that oil caught on fire would it basically be a literal flaming sea?
Marcelo Saunders it's water
Butt Munch water doesn't mix with oil kid.
so many of your lists are overlapping. maybe it's time to give the list video a break. they are getting monotonous.
#1 : George Lucas taking too long to release the original theatrical cuts of Star Wars on Blu-ray and DVD. And making it difficult to find the despecialized editions for under $30 for each movie
Haven’t seen it but going to guess Chernobyl No.1 Fukushima No.2
I KNEW #1 WOULD BE THE CHERNOBYL DISASTER!!!!
Always the us
The Last Airbender???
I was about to say if Chernobyl wasn't number one I would lose hope in this channel.
Exxon Valdeez Nuts
wanna know what is the worst man made environmental disaster?
a boy doing his needs in the girls bathroom without toilet paper
Good video, horrible reality.
can you do top ten superheroes and villas who can shapshift?.
kindra Corbridge you suggest that on the Watchmojo site.
Takiyah B Yeah I know and this is the same site because it is the same channel (sorry to sound rude)
kindra Corbridge What do you mean? This site is UA-cam. What meant by what I said is you can go to this site www.watchmojo.com/mobile/suggest/ and give them your suggestion there. I don't think they read the UA-cam comments much. (You didn't sound rude.)
Takiyah B Ok thanks I did not know that.
kindra Corbridge No problem and your welcome. Not a lot of people know about the site.
And here i thought humans are stupid enough to do this but i realized that humans are even more stupid than i thought....
This literally made me throw up. how disrespectful we humans are to our lovely host.
how did I know Chernobyl was gonna be number 1
I'm a proud servant to Jesus, my lord of my life and my personal savior.
