PIA was banned from operating flights over to there European destinations due to there safety and PIA did announce flight back to the UK like London but I'm not sure about Germany

PIA is still currently banned from flying to UK and EU countries since 2020, they last served Frankfurt (FRA) back in 2013 but ended the route since then.
