Hey Julie, I was looking for the Danessa Myricks yesterday @Sophora they didn’t have it. I liked how the Danessa make up looked on you the first time that you tried it on. I guess the make up looked different in you because, you used other products. Thr make up this second time looks very natural on you. That concealer didn’t conceal very well but, other than that the makeup lasted for a couple of hours on you. Keep trying the make up with the other makeup that you did before if you remember which one it was. Thank you for the video.
Thank you for watching, I usually order it online thry don't carry her whole line at Sephora. Girl all we have to do is watch the other video it tells you which products I used. I like to see how well different products work together so that's why I mix it up.
I see what you were trying to do with it under your eyes. I think it was the brush you were using. I am shade number 10 all over. I used it all over with a large stippling brush and had no issues. It blended in fine. As far as setting it if you use a translucent powder to lock it all in you get an airbrush like finish to the skin. I wore this for 6 plus hours in texas heat two weeks ago and never once had to blot any oil off my face.
Hello, I've actually worn it or a 10 hour 90 degree day and ur lasted wonderfully. I will try it again under my eyes with a different brush and see how it goes. I haven't set it with anything yet because it's a supposed powder but I will try setting it, I definitely luv it though.

It's taken me 30 years of makeup wearing as an oily dark girl to actually accept that basic works best for me. The fewer products the better, year round. Any more a very light moisturizer and a foundation that's got some priming properties like the Myrick balm. I believe it's even got sunscreen in it but I'm not sure. Anything blurring is gonna act like a primer for me so I'd be interested in seeing how that works for other dark girls.
Hello Savannah, I have very oily skin and textured cheeks. The amount of products I use vary depending on the look I’m going for, I always use an oil control and or pore filling primer. For Longwear I definitely set my primer b4 I apply my foundation, I always use my serums and moisturizer b4 primer. It was a very hot day, I attended a graduation that morning. I had that makeup on for over 12 hours and it still looked really good.
