Can weak pelvic floor muscles and core can it actually affect walking and balance?

Weak pelvic floor muscles and a weak core can absolutely effect walking and balance. Your body may compensate and change how you are doing the movement, often time without you even realizing and over time this can become problematic.

Hello I have some issues. I am a 20 years old male. Like a week ago, I was having urgency to Urinate. I Urinated like 6-13 times. I went to get tests for UTIs or Kidney Stones. Tests were negative nothing was abnormal. When I urinate I feel like there's urine left in my penis so I have to strain or push to get the rest out. Sometimes It takes 3 or 4 seconds for urine to start even though I have urges. The stream sometimes comes in a straight line and I urine a lot and sometimes I don’t urinate a lot. Sometimes a little urine leaks in small drops. It happens whens I am done Urinating.I have like discomfort in urethra and sometimes I have like twitching or fasciculations inside my urethra. Before all these symptoms showed I had constipation, but It did not worry me because sometimes It goes away after a day. But I realized it lasted a a few more days. I also get trapped gas in my anus that I have to push, I did not had to strain to pass gas before. This is scaring me. I don't have any other symptoms like blood in Urine or fever. Before all of this happened I was always in college from January through May, sitting in class and in home I always sat to do Homework. And when I was done I went straight to bed and only walked a little bit. In May that’s when I decided to start working out, I lifted 20 lbs with my both arms and did sit ups and all types of abdomen workouts everyday. I also went for 25-30 minute runs. Did that for 3 weeks and after that the symptoms I previously mentioned showed up in May 19th. Do you think the workouts could had injured my pelvic floor and that’s what causes my Issues with Bladder.

6 can bowel move be like 'falling ' like the involuntaryness of falling asleep? I empty faster without phone but don't feel pelvic floor relax suddenly, so was pelvic floor relaxed or not?

Thank you for your question but we are having a hard time understanding exactly what you mean. Can you rephrase this so we might understand better? Most people do have a better bowel movement when they don't use their phone in the bathroom because you are able to focus better and relax.

This topic is tripping me out. Until yesterday, I had never even heard of ‘pelvic floor therapy.’ How someone finds themselves becoming a pelvic floor therapist is even stranger to me. There are some really icky things about being a human. lol

Everyone has a pelvis and therefore pelvic floor muscles! The field is still up and coming(despite being a few decades in already) so a lot of people have not heard of it; even those who work in similar professions!

@@PelvicHealth it kinda sucks getting older sometimes. When our bodies were brand new off the showroom floor, they didn’t really require such serious maintenance. And it’s not like we go down to the lot and just plunk down a stack of money for a new one. 😞
