Everything in the universe is made up of molecules vibrating at different speeds. This includes trees, bodies, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions. Human vibrations are composed of everything from physical matter to the way you communicate the thoughts you think. In simple terms, some molecules vibrate faster and some vibrate slower; there are higher vibrations and lower vibrations.
When you are vibrating at a higher level, you feel lighter, happier, and more at ease, whereas lower vibrations feel heavy, dark, and confused. Almost all spiritual traditions point the way toward higher realms of consciousness, and scientific studies (like that of consciousness research and spirituality author Dr. David Hawkins) have even quantified the vibrations of different states of being to create a scale of consciousness.

Bro i do practice self love, i do workout everyday and eat healthy food. I do meditation everyday, i do improve myself everyday but still i struggle as a college student in attracting good peoples. I always feel social anxiety. I always feel behind and something tingling in my head.

5 ways to raise your vibration:
1 Gratitude
Gratitude towards what you have. Food, family, job, etc.
Are you thankful towards what you already have? If so, you will receive more.
Write a gratitude journal daily.
2 Self Love
We tend to focus on what is lacking in life. e.g. self-confidence, lack of family support, etc.
Practice self-love. Take care of your body. Eat healthy food, exercise.
3 Meditation
Daily meditation -- it creates a 'shield' that protects your inner and outer body from negative factors.
When you meditate regularly, you won't react to negative situation, you will simply understand it.
Start with 5 minutes, focusing on your breathing. Go up to 30 minutes.
4 Positive Thoughts
Think positive thoughts in spite of life challenges, crisis.
Can I learn anything from my negative life situation to make me a better person?
5 Positive Environment
Apply people and content filter.
Identify low vibration people, and detach from them. Surround yourself with people with high vibration.
