Language Learning and Technology

Language learning really has evolved and changed over the years. With the rise of the internet and more and better technology, learning a foreign language is easier and more efficient than ever. Compared to the past, there are so many resources, including those that are completely free, that are available to you to help you learn a language. There are countless apps, translation software, content, and services all there to help make your journey of learning a language more fun, easier, and efficient.
It's at times like these that I think it's important to reflect and have appreciation for some of the things that we have that were not available in the past. If anything, this should reassure us that we can learn a language when we are feeling discouraged or unmotivated.
Interestingly enough too, I do think that at time some people could be so much more efficient in their language learning. There are still people that are using old methods and resources when in fact there are better and more efficient ways to learn with the new technology and resources that we have. That said, it's important to always assess if we can be more efficient in our language learning and see if there are things that we aren't using right now that could improve our overall process.
