We cook South Indian Veg thali recipes by cooking the following recipes: Rice, Sambar, Rasam, Mor, Payasam, Appalam, Vadai, Sweet Pongal, Potato fry, Lady Finger masala, Brinjal Masial, Raw banana Fry, Cabbage, Thandu Keerai Masiyal, and Pickle.

Every Year It comes in Thai Month it's a Tamil Month 1st day to 4th day. ( in English it's comes near January 14 to 17 )
1st day - Poghi Pandigai 🔥
2nd day - Surya Pongal 🌞
3rd day - Maatu Pongal ( CelebratingFarm Animals like Cow, Goat etc,..)🐃🐂🐄🐘
4th day - Kaanum pongal (Visiting Relative Homes, & Friends and sharing Food And Love ) 🍝🥘🧆🍛🫂

On an empty stomach. 😂😂 Now I have to go to the restaurant and have Andhra full Veg Meal. Loved the way they celebrated Pongal in traditional manner (Celebration of the First Harvest of the season. Farmers and their families worship by mixing Rice and Lentil in milk, adding Palm Jaggery for sweetness, Black & Green Cardmom and Raisins for fragnance and extra flavors. Wait for the milk to boil and pour out of the mud pot.)

@PraKash-oy4bt They can offer prayers to any God you want since all are the same. But they mostly worship Sun, Rain, and Harvest for giving them nice crop. This festival is for people to be thankful for the good crop they get in the New Season of Harvest. Farmers are thankful for good crops.
