The design is of the hulls in the front got my attention very well thought out more volume well done. Some idea for you look at the invincible cats how they tuck the wetted surface area of the front of the hulls further back @@POLESONMARINE
@@desmondmarais5044 Thanks. The main reason for the hulls to be like this is for the weight carrying and lifting in the front. Because most of my boats are for lobster fishing before pleasure boating it steers the design in a different way to a pure angling and performance boat.
This is a really cool boat design. Can you tell me about the front and hull design? Is it some kind of hybrid between planeing and displacement? The ball at the nose reminds me of a modified hydrofoil. Or one of those big bulbs at the front of cruise ships.
That’s pretty good! Very impressed by all the vids you’ve posted of your work. Some great looking boats! Good to see someone in the U.K. building aluminium boats.👍👍
I like the design of the rail/hulls, very unique.
Thanks, it was a bit experimental but the way it feels in the water is great. So stable and controllable

Lovely design! Don't see many boats like this these days.
twin outboards always just sounds so good
Especially 2t outboards.
I would love to have one of these , here in Australia! Leaning into a turn with twin outboards wins for me!
If you can weld alloy you can buy the plan on the website. Im making a new one just now with a crab & lobster fishing setup.
40 with two 90's... Wow.. Is It with a hydrofoil?? Couldn't trailer it n that trailer if it was.. Well done!
No foils. I want to try a foil on the new one I just built. It’s the same hull but heavier fit out for commercial fishing lobster. Cheers

❤it’s so beautiful thank you 🙏
Thank you. Long dark winters in Shetland gives me plenty of time to consider designs.
Fantastic!
What is it about this design which lets it bank slightly in a turn? Rather than the flat turn ofmost cats. Cheers
I want one!
Would do well in Aus great boat
Cheers from Aus
Thanks, 2 of my best mates live in Perth now so i hope to get around there soon. Cheers
How much for the boat did it cost and wood you sell it
Hi the boat belongs to a family in devon. I could build you a new one.
Darn i want one... but i can't afford one of the engines let alone 2 +boat lol... maybe i should sell my yacht, my shetland and my rib.... lol
Haha i built it and i can hardly afford them to be fair.
What is the gross weight of boat , engines and trailer. Nice boat!
Hi, it weighed 2000kg on a load cell all in

Looks like New Zealand to me.
New Zealand is just a stand-in for Scotland and the outer isles 😜✌
Of course I'd love to be there. Damn 😖 😊@@dentalnovember
