Skin textures are very hard with polygon models, nurbs models are better! Create the skin, stop making photos of naked bodies please! Get skills, who needs Milkshape or Blender? NOOBS only!

Pro people never work this way, you need skeleton first, uv mapping is automated process, you just get flat images for Photoshop.
