They can only stay with her 10 days if she’s on housing assistance or Section 8 , at least in Texas it’s 10 days , my friend use to be a Section 8 counselor and she went to housing counseling , it’s a difference in housing and Section 8 in Texas . You can’t stay in or get a low income apartment on Section 8 but on housing you can .
