I think the world makes it impossible to empathize with yourself - it's like a matrix that makes you believe your every misstep and mistake, or just anything about you that doesn't fit in, is proof that you're defective, irredeemable, worthless, or just never quite good enough or deserving enough of empathy, help, happiness, etc. And once you become disconnected from yourself, losing touch with your own heart, you won't be able to connect with other people in a healthy way. You will be out of touch with humanity. You can't get any more lost than that, and you can see how lost we are as a society from a bird's eye view. The past few weeks have been so dark, but today I flipped back up on this spiral path & so I’ve felt so good today - almost giddy & joyful with almost instant manifestation & easy access to all of my thoughts & emotions.
