Snake Gourd Fry Recipe:
Marinate Snake Gourd with Salt as required, Chilli powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tsp for colour, Garam masala ½ tsp, Gram flour 4 tsp, Rice flour 2 tsp, Corn flour 2 tsp, Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, water as required, mix well and marinate for half an hour, fry in oil in medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
