As a white girl with 3c hair, I have been harassed multiple times in the store for looking at "black girl products" just so I can figure out how to take care of my curls. I've never been taught how to take care of them so I'm trying to figure it out on my own. I never knew where to start and this video has helped me so much and I'm so grateful
SAMEEEE I’m white and have 3c/4a curls and I’ve been accused of wearing a wig and been harassed for buying products for my hair, like- it’s not my fault that my hair is like this.
As a hairstylist I must say I love this video ! Not only are you giving advice on good products for natural hair you’re actually explaining in detail step by step how to take care and manage natural hair ! For years even as a hairstylist I didn’t understand why my hair was always shedding so much . I felt like I used protective styles and although it was growing so much hair was coming out . Until oneday I said that’s it let me see what I’m doing wrong . I finally realized that it is a must to moisturize ,use water and leave in conditioner/detangle as much as possible. Even under your protective styles. That is the proper way to care for natural hair. I wasn’t taught how to properly care for my natural hair so I went most of my life not knowing . This video is very informative and im sure it will help lots of other girls /women learn how to properly care for their hair and retain that length.

Now that my middle baby is 13, has transitioned to 100% natural this will be such a game changer. Not to mention my 7 year old that cries bloody murder when you just look at a comb lol... can't wait to put these in our natural hair arsenal...BTW I'm a new subbie after this
Need to watch products with Phenoxyethanol, (Primarily a preservative) as it is a endocrine disruptor. it has toxic effects on blood and liver as well as hormones and fertility. My daughter is mixed and its been a chore trying to find something for her hair that is also healthy over all.

The best thing I have done for my dry hair is use the Monsia Kleen filtered shower head, you can really see the difference in your skin and hair after only a few showers.
I have discovered that I am 3C/4A texture but I am still trying to figure out my high porosity.. I use to love using ECO olive styling gel but.. I don't like how its Harding my hair in a good way... So I've upgraded to ORS Olive Oil, curl clumping gel, Avocado 🥑 oil with moisture.. and it was the best decision for my hair .. my hair Hardings and still feels moisturize

I have a cupboard full of stuff I’ve been trying for 2 years since I started growing my hair out. Nothing works. My hair is growing but the heavy stuff the hair dressers use makes my scalp itchy and dry. I will try some of these products. Thanks.
Girl last question, u haven't been seeing my hair stylish over 3 years. and the only way I can cut my hair is braid it or twist it and cut my ends my niece is good at doing this, but I'm scared you know when you let your hair grow long and people get jealous and they don't know what to do with their hair they get scissor happy 😊.

This video was helpful. Been trying to find good products for my daughter. One of my OGs for her hair is the Curl Junkie smoothing lotion. It’s a little pricey but it’s so worth it. It’s thin and creamy and does not sit on top of her hair. Thanks for these recommendations.

Can you give us a video on how you apply the black Jamaican castor oil, like do you put it on the scalp and hair or just the scalp I find it to be extremely thick so I mix it with Mielle rosemary mint oil and wild growth oil so it's not as thick, great video also❤

I've been pulling up a lot of nice hair styles on pinterst for 2⃣ stran twist and three 3⃣ stran twist. here's the problem I have a lot of perm rods when my hair was short, since last year, I don't know if you use perm rods, but can you do a video on how to style and how often should I clean them.

I feel like there's not a best product for any hair type because it all boils down to what everyone is looking for their hair products to achieve... Someone might want moisture and frizz tackling while others might want a strong hold and bouncy curls while others may want definition and volume and the list goes on so i don't think there's any right or wrong products for any hair type
The only way to know for certain is to do your DNA. If you’ve traveled to Africa, few outside of North Africa look like you. It time for AAs to claim all of their DNA.

That Pantene detangling milk is AMAZING! I use it on my bi racial sons curly hair and mines as well and it combs out his knots nice while wet better!

I love that ecostyler is your go to. I go between that and Wetline and feel like I should keep searching for something better.
Ive noticed that eco doesn’t give me hold anymore which saddens me because itd a staple, so ive really been using wetline and flaxseed gel

Avocado and grapeseed oil are my two fav. But it depends on your hairs porosity
