I love travel day videos. I'm also fascinated by the airline travel process so these are fun to watch. You're lucky to be able to do this whenever you want so thanks for documenting everything for those of us who can't do it.
Highly recommend a boat tour through the Chicago Architectural Society Adam. Great perspective on the city from the Chicago River for great vlogging. Lou Malnati's for deep dish pizza and Portillo's for some Chicago hot dogs or Italian Beef sandwiches are both great too.
For a good suggestion go to Volo Auto museum just outside of Chicago they have many movie, classic and a ww2 exhibit as well as Dinosaurs and trains also not far away is Union il Theres a huge Train Museum.

Love, love Chicago. Haven't been since 2011, really need to add it to my 18 month road trip list. Looking forward to seeing it through your eyes. Enjoy!
Always exciting to go on a trip.. The whole air travel experience is fun to see. I do enjoy flying! The wife, not so much, she gets anxiety, but has done SO much better since her 1st flight! From sunny FL to the gloomy Midwest! 😜 Baseball content here we Go! 👍😎
I'm SO Happy that you're going to see your friends and have Fun! Plus seeing NEW sights and Foods! You're going to have Such a Great Adventure! STAY SAFE. Have Fun God Bless from Tammy in PA
Love it. Thank God you haven't hitched your wagon to All-Disney-Content, like so many have. They're gonna have to branch out or lose out. You were way ahead of the curve. Be glad you sold your stock too, it's down 30%. I love your travel vlogs.
Love taking a flight, but now after everything that's gone on, i now have a ticket, 2 frickin years, so this vlog Adam, gets me in the mood to fly, cannot wait 😊
Yay! It’s Adam! Your voice is so calming and a joy to listen to! It’s like the PGA golf commentator giving a play by play! 😜 Yes, that landing was so smooth! 🛬 ⛳️ 🗣🧔🏻♂️ I love your videos!🥰
Welcome to my neighborhood! Great to see you in the city. I know you like to visit movie sites, one of my favorite is Union Station, where they filmed the staircase scene in The Untouchables, and scenes from many other movies as well. If you get out to Northern Suburbs you can see the Home Alone house and other sites from that movie. Also, you can see homes from Ferris Bueller, including the glass garage where the Porsche went flying through. Closer to the city is the Gallaher House from Shameless--but I don't recommend going there unless you do it early in morning and I would not get out of car!. You probably won't have time this trip but if you are in Northern Illinois, about and hour and 45 minutes northwest of city, I think you would enjoy seeing the town where Groundhog Day was filmed, Woodstock, Illinois. The town square is pretty much the same as wit was 30 years ago, they filmed a Groundhog Day commercial for Superbowl a couple of years ago. Have a great trip.
Love to watch these. I love to travel and i am planning a trip to Chicago soon so can’t wait to see what you do there. I hope you’ll take a trip down the river and do some touristy things along with your other plans. Have a fun trip!
Love Chicago! Everyone told me it was dangerous and then I went there and loved it. Everyone was so friendly. I stayed at a place in the Loop. I'd get food from restaurants but I couldn't keep the leftovers because the place where I was staying had no refrigerator so I'd give it to the homeless people and they were always so appreciative. Get a hot dog, but DO NOT put ketchup on it or you will be run out of town. ;)
Looking forward to your adventures in Chicago! Have fun watching the Rays! And thank you for sending me your stickers and buttons, just came yesterday in the mail!
I have my private pilots license but I still love to look out the window on commercial flights - never get tired of the magic of flight. Enjoyed your perspectives, Adam.
Hey Adam. Sorry it’s raining in Chicago I’m a Chicagoan be vey safe out here. Cause in a few months I will be an Floridian. Enjoy your stay in Chicago and STAY SAFE
That's great that you had a nice smooth trip and I hope you had a lot of fun in Chicago. If you get a chance to visit Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse River North, you should. They have a really cool mob museum in the basement and a desert that looks like a huge baseball that you have to break open with a little baseball bat that they give you. It's really fun!
Adam I'm out here from Florida as well working. I fly in from TPA every week. Gotta try the deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati's it's pretty great sausage, pepperoni with butter crust. Also gotta go see the Home Alone house out in Winnetka!
Adam, I miss the old days when the gentleman that talks about the doors at Orlando International used to be the same gentleman that did the WDW Monorail.
I am so excited your in Chicago!!! I am sure you will teach me many things about my area I never knew! I hope you have a chance to go to the boonies and visit Woodstock where Groundhog Day was filmed 🤞
Awesome Bulls Shirt! I used to go to quite a few games in Durham, beautiful stadium. And the old stadium, from the old old days, is on Morris Street, just a few miles from the current stadium. As of 10 years ago, it was still in use for baseball. Not sure about now. But that is a really cool old stadium. It was also used in the movie Bull Durham.
I don't mind air travel but, going through security is what scares me the most 😳😬. I'm glad you made it to the windy city of Chicago. I hope you don't get stuck there like Tampa Jay did. Have a safe trip there Adam.
So jealous of this trip Adam! My favorite team is the Cubs, but the Rays are my 2nd favorite by marriage. Love Chicago, can’t wait to see your videos over the next week! Go Cubs Go!!
I don’t know why but every time I fly, I’m using my camera phone to record taking off and landing. Have fun in Chicago! Stay safe and thank you for the stickers and pins. I got mine today!
**Tip** Be very vigilant when recording with your equipment downtown areas, thieve's will run and grab your phone while you have it out and it's gone for good! Keep your security feature lock on!!! Also don't forget to stop by Navy Pier! Have fun!!!
@@TheDailyWoo I recommend visiting the Volo auto museum, volo, ill.thwy have cars from movies,Barris collection, riverside, ill, the town was designed by the guy who designed central pafk,ny,near the Brookfield zoo, brookfield, ill.
Totally agree with Global Entry being worth it - I made great use of it before the world went all pear shaped - it’s so nice to cruise through and sometimes even beating your luggage!
Fascinating watching the plane line up with everything and prepping for flight. Enjoyed the flight. It was very interesting. The clouds were beautiful. I was surprised masks are still required and also, for some reason, surprised so many people were traveling.
The Woo, I need you to do a night’s stay and tour at that Orlando Airport Hotel before one of these flights. It’d be a sweet experience and good vid, I imagine.
Hi Adam and welcome to Chicago as previously mentioned this is our base and stay near you in Kissimmee 3 months just got home 2 weeks ago next we go to Indiana for summer then home for 3 months and back to Kissimmee (by old town area) still we want to meet you someday.be safe.
I would suggest going to the Galloping Ghost Arcade, in Brookfield IL it has one of the most impressive collections of classic arcade games. They have rare games and its paying price to play.I've been there several times, we had a blast. I'm going to try to stop in next month when I'm there for a retro computer show. Enjoy your time in the windy city! -Jason
Haha! You’re just like me. I’m also fascinated by all things airplane/airport. I like to film take offs and landings even though my family makes fun of me. 😂😂 Have fun in Chicago Adam! 🤙
I have been to the Orlando Airport five times with my trips to Astros Spring Training in Kissimmee (2005, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015). That is a pretty airport. Hope you have fun in Chicago. Safe travels to you Adam. 😊
Hope you have a good time in Chicago. Love the Bulls shirt. They were in Nashville this weekend playing our Sounds. Team brought a good bit of fans with them. Even saw a kid wearing a T-shirt that said you are all a bunch of lollygaggers! Probably best baseball movie ever.
Have a great time in Chicago and at Wrigley field. Suzuki is off to a good start for the Cubs. Hope you get to see him hit a homer! I know you are rooting for the Rays but always fun to see a homer hit at Wrigley. I
Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, Illinois. The largest arcade in the world, everything is on free play. They also have another building with free pinball. Lots of rare games, exclusive games, etc.. The owner Doc Mack is also very youtuber friendly. Hit him up Adam! 15 miles away from Chicago!

Domestic travel in the USA looks easy. Just traveled from Melbourne Australia to Bangkok last month a minefield of paperwork. Hopefully the flight home with be easier now some restrictions has eased. Chicago is a great town, loved it when I visited many years ago. 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Adam welcome to my home town of Chicago. Would love to meet you. Guessing you are coming in for the Rays vs Sox games. I am going to go to Saturday’s game and do a search for ya! Have a great time. There is so much to do and food to eat!

Some credit cards like Am Ex Platinum will reimburse you the cost for TSA pre-check and Global Entry.

Only some bad areas. Didn't the brutal murders that Truman Capote wrote about in "In Cold Blood" take place in Kansas?😊
Yes, but it was the Chicago side of Kansas!
