IMPERIAL Shipping Paraguay - inland waterway shipping in South America

Since 2012 IMPERIAL Logistics International is operating in South American Inland waterway shipping with its affiliate IMPERIAL Shipping Paraguay S.A. On the 3,440 kilometres long rivershed Hidrovía Paraguay-Paraná (HPP) which runs through Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay and Argentina, our push boat convoys with a cargo capacity of 36,000 tonnes each (four rows with three push lighters in each row) cover a distance of 2,700 kilometres during one tour. In the neighbouring countries of the rivershed, amongst others, we are operating in the steel and mining industry. In 2016, the South American fleet was reinforced with two more push boats.
