      you're right. Enzo was fresh faced to the industry and was approaching it in the same TYPES of ways that the biggest stars in NJPW or on the indies have, they're trying to evolve with the business. While Simon has a chip on his shoulder and finds himself a superior worker because he's taken the same approach as was taken in the 80s and 90s and thinks he's owed more.

      Johnny LauvePunk Oh, so NJPW just pulls people off the street and into the ring? The guy had no experience in the ring before he got signed to WWE. Enzo was a joke and on top of that a possible rapist. I wouldn't defend the guy if he payed me.

    "Which worst case scenario, he did commit the act of rape, he lucked out because unfortunately, the reality of criminal proceedings is that they are financial acts. *Lack of evidence usually means that they don’t want to spend any more money trying to gather evidence. That it’s not been easy enough to justify the cost and they’re going to move on. This is not uncommon in cases of sexual assault because again, you rarely have any sort of evidence beyond DNA and all that really shows is that a sex act occurred. It does not show whether or not that act was consensual.* So it’s just a he said, she said situation, unfortunately. So that means worst case scenario, he did a diss track on a woman he raped. So best case scenario he’s an awful human being, worst case scenario he’s a monster."
    Real talk, Gotch is fucking smart

    • @jacquesteddyruxpin8843
      @jacquesteddyruxpin8843 6 років тому +75

      Hey Zeus she admitted that she lied numbnuts, it's false allegations like this that make fun of the real victims and are also the reason why the real victims take so long to come forward

    • @jacquesteddyruxpin8843
      @jacquesteddyruxpin8843 6 років тому +50

      Hey Zeus but then again I wouldn't expect someone like you to care about the real victims in a case like this anyway, you were looking for a reason not to like Enzo and you found one, and now you refuse to admit that you know that she lied just because you want to keep disliking Enzo just because Simon gotch does, form your own opinion and get the facts before you pass judgement on a situation that you know nothing about

      Jacques Teddy Ruxpin Funny how you say she admitted to lying when I cannot find anything of the sort, quite the opposite actually with her maintaining that she was raped in an interview less than a month ago after Enzo released his turd of a track. So where and when exactly did she admit to lying?

    I never knew Simon was so, i don't if this is the right word... but perceptive and realistic, NOT THAT I EXPECTED HIM NOT TO BE, but so many guys have some level of inflated ego/sense of self. He was very realistic and perceptive of everything he said in both bigging himself up and saying where he himself or others cut himself short.
    LIstening to him talk he comes off as a very down to earth, relateable, smart guy.

    I've seen multiple interviews with Simon now, and he just gets more and more interesting. It really stinks that he never really got to showcase himself the way he wanted in WWE. He's a super interesting guy, good talker, very engaging, but you never would have known that if you just watched his main roster stuff. Also, I'm happy too see any interview where someone shits on Alex Jones and Enzo Amore in a ten minute time frame. Really fun interview, and, yeah, this could have easily gone two hours.

    Every time I watch Simon Gotch taking an interview, I can see Daniel Bryan in him. Always genuine, always articulate, always level-headed and always on-point. It kind of show how professional and passionate he was in doing something he love. He's is all in all a good guy with great charisma.

    OK, I will agree with Simon on the wrestling part of Enzo. But the case of sexual assault, he needs to shut the fuck up. The argument of “lack of evidence” meaning not wanting to spend the money is bullshit. When you look at the evidence out there, the evidence kept pointing towards the girl falsified the story. If Simon was wrongfully accused of this, I bet he would be just as pissed off as Enzo was. Something like that ruins someone’s life

      The Notorious Evan lol well I never met Enzo. So my perspective is different. I listen to the podcasts that he has and its true that he talks an awful lot but everything else about him bragging about himself and being arrogant, I haven’t really been around him and had that experience to judge him yet. But he was kicked out of the locker room and tour bus so I suppose everybody does hate him. Poor guy😅 probably misunderstood; just rubs people the wrong way.

      After hearing how much heat Enzo had with other wrestlers in WWE, I can see why. However, he's not the one bringing up Enzo, it's usually the interviewer that does.

    I'm a simple person, I see a fresh interview with Seth / Simon, I click .
    Talk about a person who got themselves over after being released just with talking alone. Even the interview he had on Vince Russo's podcast immediately following his release was worth the listen.
    A well spoken intellect with biting criticism and an honest down to earth natural conversationalist. He's the kind of dude you'd want to just hang out with and chat for hours over drinks.
    Great video
