I purchased this one as well, and the problem with the Quest 3 is that the center of balance is so far forward that any head strap needs to have a counter balance (and the strap that comes with the Quest 3 suuuuuucks). While the top-of-head pad helps, the rear of the strap doesn't provide enough counterweight to take pressure off the nose. What I did (same as what I did with the Quest 2 with a different aftermarket strap), was to duct tape some weights to the rear of the headstrap. In my case, I had some large metal washers lying around, so I stacked them up and taped them to the rear of the strap. So even though I have no need for an additional battery pack, I'd still recommend a strap that has a battery in the rear if for no other purpose than to balance the system.
Yeah I've tried the bobo VR and I feel like its more comfortable although its more expensive. I do think the reason the made the back pad more bulky then it needed to be on this one was to help balance it.

Aubika Head Strap has a battery on the back. I find it works as a good counterbalance.

Loosening the top section allows the back to come down more first, should be done before you tighten the top up
yeah I tried that but if I go down to where its more comfortable for me it starts to get in the way of my ears.
How long did it take to get? They offered to send me one for free but it's been a month and nothing yet.
Actually pretty quick like within a week I'd say. Might want to contact them see if there was some issue.
@@unmatchedvalue I did, he said wait a while. Guessing it was a scam to get my personal information to spam me.
