Here's an example of one of the files from a past release: i.imgur.com/YIcghPb.jpg If you want a TOMO one, you probably have to ask a Japan shopping service such as Rinkya to buy it for you from the CD chain store TSUTAYA, since that store doesn't ship overseas.
I ordered the version with magazine from CD Japan. The last magazine was really nice. And I got a Timo-Folder, so I will probably get Rina this time? I'm in Japan in spring next year so maybe I will go on a hunt to see if I can still get the Mami-Version from Tower Records then.
