But in Britain... Parliament can make law ..but no one can get it for judicial review in Court....so it is sovereign. Which means it can over power the decision made by judiciary by making law...then how SOP is there in Uk.
And there is a clear relations between each of those elements ..so, there is no clear seperation of powers in UK
