What happens when supplementing SAMe. My bottle says to take SAMe 3-4 times a day. But if it indicates a fed state, what does it do to the body to keep the body in a fed state? I also usually limit my meals to the morning. So, should I limit my SAMe supplementation to the morning as well?

So you shouldn't take methyfolate if you don't have MTHFR mutations because it screws up fed/fast state signaling?
