A classic from the early swing era that has been covered countless times. FORESTELLA simply knows how to make a song sound its best. They have once again adapted their voices so that they authentically reproduce the atmosphere of the time. They sound so incredibly smooth. There are a few other jazzy songs, but unfortunately they mostly only sing them at events. It's a shame, because this genre suits them very well and they are once again brilliant.
I've already listened to the original version. I like it, but quite frankly, I love Forestella's cover even more. 💙❤️💜
@@princeblworld As I said, there are countless covers by Doris Day and Bing Crosby (or more recently Michael Buble) and many are better than the original. And you're right, there's something special about FORESTELLAS' version. It's just the unusually attractive voices that fit together so incredibly well and their accentuated style of singing. FORESTELLAS' expressiveness is one of their greatest strengths.
This is an old one. 1930’s I think. Ozzie Nelson orchestra. Many covered it including Doris Day. Takes me back. My father loved big band music and played this song. My mother use to sing this around the house. She had a beautiful voice and use to sing all the time. Mingyu’s Put your head on my shoulder’s does the same thing. I love these guys so much.
