In Exodus 33, which is the scripture you quoted, God does not say He is slow to anger there. You also quoted other sins there that He will forgive the people, but it does not say that in Exodus 33. It does say it in many other passages. But when speaking to the children of Israel in the desert, God does not say that to them. Everyone 21 and older died in the wilderness. They never entered His rest because of their constant rebellion. This is a lesson and an example for us today. Loving you enough to tell you the truth.
