Sir ye batayen k agar kici tender me apply karna hai pakistan me or us tender me kaha hai k 5 saal ka experience ho company ko. to agar ek company uae me 10 saal se registered hai to kia wo branch office k through Pakistan me tender me apply karskti hai or agar branch office banwae to kia foreign company ka experience count hoga?

You cannot open a bank account of foreign company unless you register its branch or liaison office in Pakistan.
