I did this itinerary once before in 2016 on the same ship and I have to say St. Lucia was definitely one of my favorite ports. Went on an tour through Carnival in which every stop along the way involved alcohol including the all-you-can-sample at the distillery 😂 By the time the tour van returned to the ship that afternoon, it was safe to say we all had had a little too much to drink 🤣

Dak G we are going to try to go on a COUPLE a year for filming but yes generally. We would love to do more buuttttt it’s $$$$
@@BoosCruize Yes they can be expensive, if you are like me and only book the balcony staterooms on the top two decks. Added to all that are the airfares from New York to the port of boarding. And because I always arrive a couple of days before the sailing date, that means staying in a hotel ... an additional cost. But I totally enjoy going on a cruise with family or friends and so I make the sacrifice once and sometimes twice per year. However I did not take a cruise in 2018.
Watching this vlog and i cant stop smiling because Iwas in Stlucia last week. The spice rum and banana ketchup are awesome!!!! I reallyyyyyy enjoyed my stay and will be back ...

Whitney Cambra it is an independent tour! You have to google them and send an email for reservation! Make sure you let them know BoosCruize sent ya!
We've been on lots of cruises and we almost NEVER book a tour through the cruise ship. Some contractors have an agreement with the cruise company and won't sell their tours when certain companies are in port, but most times, you can book the same tour the cruise ship is selling, directly with the tour operator, and it's usually @ 1/2 the price. The ship will try to scare you about "If the tour doesn't make it back to the ship on time..." but it is these peoples' livelihoods to make sure you get back on time. Many times, I am on the same tour as people that booked through the ship.
I always make it a point try the local beers, and take home the bottle. We will be in St Lucia in Feb.

How did you know how to book your tour before booking your cruise?
GottaGetBeefy we did a lot of research! There is a website called cruise critic and u can read copious reviews! From there u can go on TripAdvisor and read tour reviews and rating etc!

Hi there! Love your videos! Did you prefer St. Lucia Or St. Kitts? I want to fly straight into one of these islands and stay for a week. Or do you have another favorite island? We have travelled to the Philippines so it's hard to find a closer island that offers so many different experiences. Let me know your opinion.

Rachel Dela Cruz honestly we only went to ONE beach in St Kitts and some say there were better available but for US we loved our time in St Lucia more. There was so much MORE than just a beach on that tiny island. I just adored it BUT I do think that St Kitts apparently is more built up and commercial so if that’s your thing then that would be for you. If we HAD to choose...we would return to St. Lucia
