Three bay suckler shed with large layback

why is there a grant for building sheds? 22 cows would probably take 25 years to pay for that shed?! even with the grant

nice shed. but €77k ?? With whats going on at the minute it'll take generations to pay it off

But it was built with the help of a grant the farmer only payed €26800 after vat was claimed back
