Yes it was raining the whole day... beaches are closed... no beach activities are there for the entire monsoon season... It's a little bit of hassle to visit temples in rains. But we really enjoyed yana caves and the waterfall in rain... it was one of a experience... if you are travelling with children or any ederly person , avoid going as trekking could be risky.
