In that Bayern game, PSG didn't play like a team and were ignoring Messi all season long to make Mbappe outshine him. Not to mention, he wasn't happy there, but he still did his best. However, Mbappe, the overrated speed merchant, kept missing sitters.
In fact, when Messi was happy and had actual teammates who didn't ignore him, he owned prime Bayern in 2015 by dominating Neuer and Boateng.
And in that Liverpool game, he created multiple chances, but overrated hacks like Dembele kept missing sitters. In fact, if Dembele had scored that sitter provided by Messi, the aggregate would've been tied 4-4.

Cut off? Messi only created one chance?? Of course, I'm talking to a casual who only watches highlights. If you actually watched the game like a true football fan, you would’ve seen that Messi created multiple chances for that speed merchant but kept missing them and losing the ball whenever there was a single defender on him. Mbappe disappears when there's a pressure, just like he did for the entire 80 minutes in the last WC Final until he got revived with two penalties. Imagine ghosting in the biggest stage in football for almost the entire game, not even a single shot on target.
And you keep bringing up some random games when Messi's team lost, thinking that just because Messi didn't score in those games, he automatically ghosted like Ronaldo does all the time. You clearly don't understand Messi's playing style. There's a difference between complete footballers like Messi and R9, who don't need to score a goal to contribute to the game because they are legendary playmakers who create chances for their teammates, unlike Ronaldo, the tap-in merchant who ghosts if he can't score. There's a reason why since 2006 he still hasn't scored a knockout goal in the World Cup.
And speaking of El Clasico, it's not surprising that a casual like yourself doesn't know the fact that Messi has more goals in El Clasico than anyone and had created chances and multiple shots in that last El Clasico game when he was playing as an attacking midfielder. It's funny that you brought up the quality of MLS defenders, as if Messi doesn't hold the record for the most assists in football history (372), which is more than your favorite players have goals. He also holds the record for the most assists in a single season (37), which he achieved in 2011 while also scoring 53 goals.
Not to mention, the magical pass that led to Miami's third goal, scored by Rojas, was already created by Messi in that 2022 World Cup game against the Netherlands. So you keep exposing yourself by showing that you don't know anything about football and maybe you should stick to eggball or cricket.
