    感覺很好吃、、但是 我以為逼出來的豬油要倒出來。原來沒有啊。這樣會不會太油了。不過 胡蘿蔔含 高鈉食材、而芋頭則是高鉀食材 這兩個放一起是互相排斥的食材。
