My first pc was from acer. Service was good enough,but once monitor replaced stop working after 6 months. Now the issue is too many models with small spec difference,also wrongly mentioned in flipkart and acer website. ( Also saw a news that acer service guys said a laptop is not from indian market,it is from uae or something,but the owner brought it via Flipkart)

The SATA ssd pin is different then what we have in laptop back panel so it didn't fit in it. I returned both products back. will try pcie gen 4. but, in online I am searching for product which has return policy for gen 4 ssd. once i got. will let you know

Hinge problem is negligible if you will see the performance i was also getting diverted from buying this but after delivery i got so much satisfied with the performance and display amd so much functions like backlit with light control in this price range so go for it don't get diverted wirh the hinge issue
