My children, now in their late 30s and early 40s, remember Sewing With Nancy as part of their Saturday routine. She was such an amazing instructor and after watching the memorial video, she was an equally amazing woman.

I gotta say. Sewing with Nancy was my first sewing lessons. I didn't have a Pfaff machine, just my trusty little kenmore. And she taught me plenty about sewing. I didn't learn much about fitting until now. But early Nineties, she was my favourite show for sure
Her company Nancy's Notions was purchased by the Tacony Corporation (owner of Babylock) in 2003, which is why she had to switch. Apparently Nancy always loved her German-made Pfaffs, and was not treated very well by Pfaff when Viking purchased them in 2000.
You might be able to take a screenshot of the machine and enlarge it so you can see the model number. Then you may be able to find a used machine like this one by looking on the eBay or Mercari websites. You can also ask your local sewing machine repair shop if they have any used Pfaff machines for sale. Sometimes older machines are better quality and sturdier than the newest ones.

As a young girl I used to wake up very early to watch her on PBS I loved her shows and she is be greatly missed.
