Wow! I can't believe how well all the dried flowers held their color and form! So well done, Roxana! I would've taken the moss art! I adored that piece!❤
Great ideas! I’m tempted to start growing some herbs inside…..I’ve never had cilantro micro greens but I LOVE cilantro!! I may have to do this…..Thank you!!!
And there you are with all the toys on the floor😂. That was me today outside after cleaning all Bootstrap trays and pots. The rain was moving in and couldn’t wait for them to dry 🥴and hope they do stacked up. Menards dropped Burpee soil and fertilizer here in WI also, bummer. Wish I had more room inside, but I’ve decided to try and germinate inside and then out to the greenhouse. This is providing I get the greenhouse redone with heat sink and new polycarbonate panels. Hopefully we can start soon. If you know gardeners in your area, a great idea would be to sell fall veg plants as no one seems to sell them. I might start some MGs, more like lettuce and maybe an Orange Hat mini tomato. It will be a bit as I just need to finish up fall veg and planting garlic if it ever cooks off. We are getting Rain right now and we needed it.
@@SoilandMargaritas Ha Ha I just read spell checked word it used for ‘cooks off’. Meant cools off. Yes, no one sells fall veg and always need to start seedlings almost after summer veg are transplanted. It keeps us busy. There’s a market for them if you have gardeners in your area that plant fall crops. I don’t have a good place to sell them or I would. Not sure how many people do fall planting though as it takes a bit of work to cover and uncover them and if they work and not from home it would be difficult. So maybe that’s why they don’t sell them in cold country.
Ypur seesling sale sounds great. I'm not a cilantro fan but I have been thinking of trying microgreens. I'm debating in which varieties to grow. I do grow lettuces in the off season. I have a whole set up in my basement and I have been thinking of more ways to keep some food production going. I started some ginger half way thru the summer (outside) and I have it under my LEDs. Just as an experiment to see how they do over the winter.
i do greco a palla, and tuscany indoor.. they do better indoor for me then outdoor in the summer. i do dill, slow bolt cilantro, few thymes, curl parsley and italian parsley. :-) i would never have a winter without it
This is a very helpful video and those clean containers in cheerful colors keep my eyes focused on what you are doing. Does putting a heavy pot on top of the seeded cilantro tray prevent the seedling's initial growth from pushing up the soil, thus helping to ensure a cleaner harvest of microgreens?
Really enjoy your videos. It feels like I am sitting with you having a cup of coffee & talking about plants.
The wall art (face with flowers) is gorgeous. 🙂
It still looks amazing!
I would love to see videos on the progress of the microgreens. Also I am very impressed that you can have a white chair in there!
Isn’t it amazing how neat she is with the white table lol.
@@Bandaid17I know! That would be a total disaster if I tried it.
Both the table and chair were kinda donated, so on that way I had to make them work :)
Great video Roxana. It's always fun to redecorate, isn't it. You have such a great seed starting space. Happy gardening friend!
Love to see the step by step growing.
Yes to a fallow up video
Yes would love to see progress on the seeds and your grow room too!! Thanks!
Thank you!

I am so surprised that moss piece still looked really good, it was about 2 years old by now.
Can’t wait to follow along with your room progress and see the herb updates. I’ll be growing herbs indoors as well!
Fingers crossed for you!
Very interesting indeed. I won’t be doing micro greens, but I am already growing my cold weather crops for the fall. I love all your videos.

So very easy!

I thought about the fall veggies, not one nursery carries them here unfortunately!

I have done broccoli, basil, peas, arugula, kale and they all have been great!

That's exactly the reason for the weight, hopefully the germination happens soon!
