How to Install Docker on an Ubuntu Server

New one from VD21! How to install Docker on an Ubuntu Server. If you have another form of Debian (ie Raspberry Pi OS) you can follow the install instructions for "Debian" instead of "Ubuntu". The instructions are similar.
I have a few tutorials coming for docker installs using an Ubuntu server. Instead of me showing you how to install Docker in the beginning of all of those tutorials, we've got this guy!
