Beyond the contamination question, I also believe that they need a consent letter and a medical certificate from the dead person to ensure that he didn't have Cancer or AIDS or some shit like that. You can't harvest organs from corpses that you find on streets

In Brad's defense...it was pretty funny watching their pain. Sadist? Yes. Bad casting director? No way.

A homicide victim, here a murder, would not be used as a donor. Homicide detectives would require an autopsy and he'd not be moved till the coroner collected him since he died at the scene. The police would need to preserve all evidence for an investigation or trial.
As to transplants, they are set by the area around a specific hospital and in terms of their lists, it's prioritized by most in need AND the organ that is the best match for the patient in terms of blood type and organ size in their area. (If nobody on their lists matches the organ, they will see if other teams have a good match.) People getting a transplant must get to the hospital within 4 hours of getting the call, get prepped for surgery, then wait as different teams assemble to harvest each organ and get them transplanted right away.
My father was lucky to get a lung transplant and went from not on the list -and rejected by two hospital areas - to on the third hospital transplant list as a priority recipient, then was moved to the top of the list as his situation progressed faster than anyone thought it would and he'd likely not live the rest of the week without new lungs. The double lung transplant surgery only took 3.5 hours, way shorter than the time waiting for other harvest teams and logistics of seeing if he'd be a good match. Then you have a painful recovery period and tests, plus a lifetime of anti-rejection meds and a new way of living life which includes a lot of trips to the hospital, especially during the first year. While we were allowed to write a note to the donor family, they recommend 3-5 months to let the family grieve; this kind of communication is all done via the transplant coordinators at the hospital and neither donor nor donee are disclosed unless they choose to do so of their own volition.

I think it's all on the part of the song and the leads, to be honest.

Bullet entry under the collarbone can be quite lethal, a major artery is there.

janner919 I agree, but with some bad luck it could take no more than 5 min to die from that.

The best thing about this movie for me was the women behind me just sobbing. It took a lot from my mom and I not to burst out laughing, but, really, this is a shite movie and I could probably talk for an hour by myself about how shite it is.

Well I had a kidney transplant that'was from a 7 yrs old who was brain dead. This could still work because seems the shot the guy took would not have killed him instantly (then again from what they said he was plop dead but also could just pass out) someone could have called ambulance and both the kid and that guy likely in hospital same time. Yes he would be bumped up because he was sicker. Though have to take into account different hospitals could be sharing organs. For example ECU where I was at shares with UNC I believe bu lets assume they have them all to themselves.. Kid had 24 hrs so in that time maybe could have done those test. When I did I got there but the surgery wasn't for hours one because they put the organ on the machine for awhile to see how it works. Also could be wrong but isn't an artificial heart machine an option until they find one?

I swear, I have trouble telling these two apart, even after watching numerous Midnight Screenings. And this movie sounds stupid. I hate when someone dumps their spouse because they found a new lover and can't be bothered to work on their marriage. It's so selfish.

Sounds like it's better for me to be watching ""The Deer Hunter" again instead.

Guys...I'm warning you right now...don't search up the trailer on UA-cam. The comments' section praising the trailer will make you feel worse.
