I personally like the issa toothbrushes! I got a mini 3 a few months ago and I haven't had bleeding gums since precisely because it's super gentle and gives a massage while brushing, like you mentioned.
the splash for the philips is part of why people use it. it is called non contact cleaning where it uses the foam from the toothpaste and saliva and agitates it and pushes it between the teeth to dislodge the plaque. it's down to preference, some people dont like that sensation lol
as a dentist I prefer the Sonicare. Has a history and the heads are easy to find. The Prestige is not necessary. All you need is anything from their model 3100 upwards (in the UK it markets for around the £45 mark) . The bluetooth function is ..... Just why ..... what is the point. I recommend sonic tooth brushes for patients who brush too hard. (So hard that they are cutting grooves into their teeth - unfortunately quite common) The technique you need to use matters. Its not the same as a manual brush. If you're using it correctly you should not be getting pain. Please ask your dentist/hygienist to demonstrate the correct technique
Bruh. I first bought a Sonicare in 2008 in the US. The moment I used it I realised it was a game changer. Once you're done your teeth just feel different. I've only used Sonicare ever since. All one needs is the Diamond Clean version which is half the price. I even bought them for my family who also never look back. Game changer. I knew you'd say your teeth felt clean 😂

the sonicare typically last about 2 years before it becomes faulty. Just bought my 3rd one now which is the prestige and hoping it will last longer
