All five of the apartment complexes kinda should, tbh. Only one complex out of the 5 has horn/strobes. Wheelock NSes and one EST Genesis on a Simplex system.
Wow, those smoke detectors are so old. In the building I own I just replaced all of my detectors that were from 2008 with new same model ESL 711u smokes
Kindle tablets aren't really well known for having the best camera features. :/ I'll be sure to use a device with a better camera (and possibly recording quality) next time.
The detector probably got dust in it or the sensor may have malfunctioned due to old age it might not be a bad idea to blow it out or just replace it entirely
I hope this does not get replaced
cool Wheelock 34Ts and Gentex Comander 3 horn
All the alarms should have a strobe

My 1st school (Elementary school) had these exactly the same alarms!
I thought strobes were required now. Must be a pretty old system.

I'd agree with you dust or bugs old age could be any number of things
But it's good to know it works
How old is that system
Probably from the 80's
@@aidanthetoiletelevatorfire7554the detector does have that look
What the heck happened
Some kind of drug substance (most likely marijuana) activated one of the 3rd floor's smoke detectors.
So someone was smoking?
Its a false alarm
