I just love how she explains everything, her voice is so enjoyable and talks such important things. Sometimes I'm not sure what to do while people shows the workouts movement but she tells me clearly what to do, what to focus on. My new obsession❤️

Yes!!! If you correctly activate your core, your back muscles lengthen and you train them simultaneously.
I find the vanity disturbing. It's clear this isn't about getting a strong core for people to enjoy movement but for this woman to shake her hair and try to look skinny. I understand it's cultural for women, but it's depressing and I can't enjoy the videos slammed with someone desperate to please the male gaze
