Hi please follow each step carefully. Its asking code because you didnt switch off wifi. You have to switch off wifi exactly as shown in video and switch it back on exactly as shown in video. Please factory reset your phone again and then repeat the process again it will definitely work.

Or else you could try downloading A few softwares on your computer and try bypassing frp using those Samfrw is one such software.
