Zari's powers are badass though, she sucked the air out of a room of people.

Lucky Gamer I think the build up has been great. These feelings are new to her before of the time line she’s from. She stated that they were more worried about surviving than falling in love with someone. I don’t think she knows how to handle her feelings for him.

Yeah. They were always having sex and I feel like it was just friends with benefits. But Zari and Nate actually built up a relationship and are the parts when they’re awkward with each other is just the cutest. They’re not just crazy sex driven people.

Sara is playing Diggle's role in Zaria and Nate's relationship. (For those of you are confused Diggle's role in Felicity and Olivers relationship was the biggest shipper. I guess Curtis also played this role a little later on too)

You know, as silly as that sounds, it’s not a bad idea. Having a pet (especially a dragon LOL) would be a good thing to bond through. Tala Ashe also stated in an interview that at the end of this season something will happen to her character, and she won’t be the same Zari you know in season 5. Hey, you never know what might happen

I think it is actually hurting her character a bit. She has had so much character development. With all the crazy things happening in 4B all she seems to care about is Nate. Look how close she was to Ray especially during the season premiere. He got taken by Neron and her reaction is check up on Nate? Ava was trapped in purgatory last week and all she cared about was texting Nate.
We all know how this will play out. Another Amaya situation where Nate will have to say goodbye again because they will eventually fix the timeline for Zari where she gets her family back and either Nate stays with her or he says goodbye.

The irony is that Zari shipped Nate and Amaya in the previous season. Coincidentally, both of Nate's girlfriends happen to be Legends of different timelines and both relationships ended with them returning to their respective times

I thought Mick and Amaya had a really nice "mutually(ish) supportive friends" relationship going. Amaya cared about Mick and believed and trusted him when he made it hard or when most of the other Legends didn't, and Mick cared about Amaya and tried to support her too in his own Mick-y way. To me, it never really felt like it should've been something romantic. I think Mick doesn't really need or want someone who loves him romantically and Amaya didn't need to suddenly pick up another love interest, and even if we're rewriting the whole thing I don't think Mick would've been the best choice for her first (technically second, but yeah) love interest on the show. Nate is sensitive, sweet, friendly, and quite unsure about himself, and I think at the time that was what Amaya needed, and Nate needed Amaya. It didn't necessarily have to be a long-term relationship, but I think it should still have happened (and obviously it did, so yay). Anyway, I think the relationship Amaya and Mick really needed from each other was platonic.

Yeah, they really make it work somehow. They kind of took something that's normally a flaw and turned it into a huge strength. The way they handle and embrace the "cringiness" actually makes it easier to watch than, say, Legends of Tomorrow S1, or The Flash (any season, really), or Supergirl.

Here’s a random question. What exactly is Zari’s age? In the first episode of the season it’s 2018 and she lived in DC with her family. They pick her up in 2042 in season 3.
Good question. Since she was born a few years before 2018, I would say she is in her early 20s
Adrian EN I want to say mid to close to late 20s. What I’m curious is how things drastically changed for her because in 2018 things didn’t seem that bad to all of a sudden in 2042 she constantly had to fight to survive. I’m guessing years of changed made her jaded and bitter and angry.
Muslims, rebels and superheroes were illegal in 2042, and because she didn’t have her parents and had to take care of her brother all alone, while not being allowed to use her powers but still fought for her rights as a muslim woman and a rebel fighter, she most likely turned much more cynical than she previously was.
Wait this is a weird thing because in the time nate is from if he told someone he was dating, kissed and supposedly fooled around with a Zari Tomaz and they looked her up they would see a little girl amd the person would probably tell the cops and nate would get into some heck of trouble. Goodness Gracious I'm so weirded out right now. Like What?
