- I always really liked the beginning of this song. I always wondered if anyone thought about extending it... nobody has. But that changes today. Not the best loop, but it was needed.

the guitar makes me think of bittersweet childhood memories. the golden sunlight peering over the green fields of Sunset Park. The swaying branches of the giant willow trees as the beams of warm sunlight shine through before sundown. playing in the streets with friends, playing LEGO games on the PS2 at the community center with other kids and riding our bikes around the neighborhood. Life was filled with good music, good company, family, and we were all trauma-free. I can't remember the last time I was truly happy in the last 13 years. I miss being a kid, naive of the pain, loss and suffering this world makes us endure. The sheer fact we wither away and die forever. I just want to go home. My mom is getting older. I don't want to lose her. I don't want to die. I don't want to hurt anymore. I wish I could be riding skateboards down the street with Sharay and Marshall again. I miss the field days in elementary school. Not a worry in the world. The world does not feel the same anymore. It never will
Thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings about my childhood. Airway Heights WA, 2008 on Google Maps Street View made me cry. I actually got to see my old childhood home. I cried when I saw in 2019, a new family living there. The mom drove the same van as my mom. It looked like my childhood started all over again for someone else. In a way, I am happy for them. Such a beautiful town to grow up in

When I was living in Maine I was a side piece for a girl (yeah I know it was shitty) but being with her just really made me feel wanted. It wasnt just the sex it's like we had a real relationship. I remember we'd lay out in the soccer field at this college and watch the stars and just hold each other like time was still. I'll never forget the look she gave me that night. The moon light lit up her face in the most beautiful way. Sadly I had to move back to my home state. She found another guy and is going to have a kid soon. God I wish I could relive those couple months. Everytime i think of her this song pops into my head. Memories will never be relived...
