Announcement - December 15th, 2024

Put yourself in Mary's shoes, an Angel comes to you, tells you that you are favored by God, that you will carry the Messiah in your womb and give birth to Him, and that all peoples everywhere will be blessed by her Son. Now imagine that the dreams of a big wedding are dashed to pieces, that you might lose the man you love, that you might be shunned by society, cast off from your family, because they think you where unfaithful, and ostracized to a degree that might lead to your death.
That's a lot, a lot to process. Yet, Mary, mother of Jesus looked at all of this, and willfully gave every right she had to her God to serve Him. Wow!
Today we look at the Announcement of the King of Kings and the remarkable woman that God used to bring us all HOPE!
