It's great to see this historic Schwarzkopf running again. It's even better to see it running at the speeds it was actually designed to run! Hope this means that it will be around longer for more people to experience!
You guys are also keeping the spirit of Mindbender alive by using it's former trains, so great job to you guys! Also, you guys can always lengthen the train a bit to 4 or 5 cars. That ride was originally designed to operate with 5 cars per train. Also, a little bit or repair work is gonna be needed on the catwalk railing on the lift hill portion. I did notice that while I was watching the video.
Congrats on getting this beautiful coaster running again, but it seems like you still have some kinks to work out: 1. You should probably add some more tire drives before the station or langten the train so it cant get stuck between two sets. 2. It's going quite fast into the turn after the final brake run I'm pretty sure it's meant to be slower there, I don't know if this will cause issues but it'd probably be better to fix whatever is causing the final brake run to be too weak before it becomes a bigger problem. Either way I'm very excited to see It open next year.
It only got stuck the first time because they had the drive tires turned off. If you watch the second run it doesn't get stuck. Shwartzkopf always has their drive tires spaced out but they keep them at a high enough speed so the train doesn't slow down
Congrats to you guys on finally getting this ride going! Nothing but respect for giving this classic some new life. Hopefully I can get out there to ride it one day!
After watching this be built for several years, I can't wait to ride this next season. Just a reminder Season Passes have a great price for Black Friday.
I feel like this is a really good fit for the park. Definitely add something that was missing but doesn't feel like it's out of place at all for the atmosphere of the park.
My only concern is the restraints, as I've ridden coasters with OTSR and lap bars, and it was painful (Steel Hawg), but everything else looks amazing, and it looks pretty smooth on camera!
@@IndianaBeach_Official lol. Love you guys. Congrats on all the hard work. I actually have a old Indiana beach sign I’m trying to get framed right now, who would I send pictures to when it’s done 👀

Thank you for saving this legendary coaster after all how it was treated in Mexico.
La verdad estaba mejor en la CDMX nadamás por qué no le dieron mantenimiento
i love seeing these classics get revived, almost feels like mindbender too hopefully
the trains are reused from mindbender
@@CentralJerseyRailfanit’s actually not they are actually from quimera mind bender got scrapped they just shortened the trains
@@Thelightning1outThey are from Mindbender
@@Tencable oh
@@Tencable @Goliath146 They're from both. 1/2 from Quimera, and 3 (if there is a 3rd) from Mindbender.

The 'Dreier Looping' originally rode with 6 cars per train. Later it was reduced to 5 cars.
This coaster should be preserved at all costs once it opens

BIG CREDS FOR THIS PARK SAVING OLD COASTERS!!!
Wow that's smooth
Unfortunately, I will be out of state on preview and opening days. I'll be going as soon as I get back. Thank You Mr. Staples.
True classics NEVER go out of style, not to the real fans of roller coasters at least.

@@billchief397 cool!
We got so banged up on this ride! I have bruises on the side of my neck and my arms. My husband has a sore shoulder 😢.
The final brakes needs more friction.... Train pass the curve so fast. Not normal for a Schwarzkopf.
yes, that's right. But the block brakes are retarding better than in the Quimera-time in Mexico.
Wow they actually use the brakes
those brakes at the end just don't work lol
seem to be working too well?!
Quimera lives again!

It was inspired by mindbender
Actually this was first, then Mindbender
I wonder why they chose to face it away from the park?
Only place to put it.

That noise in the station is annoying.
Sounds like a bad bearing.
