Unfortunately my brother this wants a professional to work on it is not as easy as you think because it is hard for anyone to stick the head unless he has enough experience

I have a DX5 where colors are mixing (applying cleaning syringe in one tube flows up another). Is there anyway this gluing process will fix that or is it beyond repair? I wish I could understand a little more on where to glue as your pointer was moving all over the head and I think some instructions were lost in translation. Either the clear membrane is leaking or internally delaminated. I think it happened during cleaning with too much pressure before I saw other videos saying how too much pressure could damage the head.

hi sir, could you please draw a diagram instead of the whole surface of the print head and place a mark(or color shade) on specific spaces where the glue/sticker will be placed? the unmarked spaces shall mean not to apply the sticker on it. this will be very helpful to us who do not speak your language. mine are print heads for epson L1300 & L1800 but they just look similar in features with yours. i will be looking forward for this. please keep sharing your knowledge to everyone, thank you and more blessings to you, sir!

I m a printer repair l have been in a printing business for about 20 years,your method of fixing the printhead is wrong ,may be someone who is new would believe but not me ,you are talking about 8 lines of nozzles about 180 microscopic nozzles in each line you have to make sure that each nozzle from the brass plate is been set on the top of the print head properly not just by doing the corner ,this is wrong brother ,and i m sure if you did come that far you should know it ,here we are talking about micron

You must have a plan to put glue that unites the nozzles very close to the edge You should not put glue on it for this reason close the demolition
so the nozzle hole is covered with glue

أخي لقد جربت العديد من لاصق ولكن عندما تبدأ الطابعة بال cleaning النحاسة تنفصل إدا تكرمت وأرسلتلي نوع الاصق تكون إن شاء الله في ميزان حسانتك
اخي الكريم لو تكرمت كيف اقدر افحص الهد حق الطابعات الصغيره 382 لكي اعرف انه صالح او تالف او مشرت
فحص سريع اذا في مادة فايته على الكيبل بكون تلف او في تلف بالقاعدة السفلية

hi sir, could you please draw a diagram instead of the whole surface of the print head and place a mark(or color shade) on specific spaces where the glue/sticker will be placed? the unmarked spaces shall mean not to apply the sticker on it. this will be very helpful to us who do not speak your language. mine are print heads for epson L1300 & L1800 but they just look similar in features with yours. i will be looking forward for this. please keep sharing your knowledge to everyone, thank you and more blessings to you, sir!

I m a printer repair l have been in a printing business for about 20 years,your method of fixing the printhead is wrong ,may be someone who is new would believe but not me ,you are talking about 8 lines of nozzles about 180 microscopic nozzles in each line you have to make sure that each nozzle from the brass plate is been set on the top of the print head properly not just by doing the corner ,this is wrong brother ,and i m sure if you did come that far you should know it ,here we are talking about micron

خرب عليا head طابعه ابسون l220 والصيانه ركب لي head تجاري وعند الطباعه باستخدام الجوده القياسيه الاحظ وجود خطوط بينما عند الطباعه باستخدام الجوده العاليه تكون الطباعه تمام فما هو الحل
إذا عندك الجودة العالية تمام خلاص ايش المشكلة بكون في تسكير خفيف بالهد
