I logged into Google just so I could give this video a thumbs up. It was a perfect demonstration of how to allow both hot and cold water to flow to a bidet attachment. Extremely well done!
This is the best video on hot/cold shattaf installation. Explanation was clear and liked the way you laid it all out on the table before installation. Thanks also for vanity install and pedestal sink install!
Thank you for the valuable feedback. Please do share the video so others can learn and benefit from it. Don't forget to subscribe to our channel for updates on the future videos :) Stay safe and healthy!
Most bidet attach to the cold toilet water. The hot and cold sink water just makes more sense. I haven't seen a complete kit for your set up. I will buy the parts separately. Your design is well thought out and explained, which is great because no one wants a leaky bidet. Thanks 👍
Not only an excellent video, but also a great job at replying to every comment!!! You probably score a 100 % for the replies, and that is perhaps a first on UA-cam!!! Keep it up guys!!!!!
my water faucet or bath is not near the toilet seat so what do you recommend? or can u make a video how to get hot water supply when seat is away from jot water supply??
Easy to install, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.
on the nozzle the lever to let the water flow is so close to the water spray, I'd be concerned soiled water would drip back onto my hands. Are there nozzles that have the lever farther back on the nozzle so dripping from the body won't fall on your fingers?
Your videos are so clear!! Thank you. Since supply lines are designed to be under continuous pressure, could I use a longer supply line instead of the Grohe? For some reason, the Grohe reminds me of a garden hose - lol. Thanks again!!
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, you can use a longer supply lines as they are meant to operate under continuous pressure. Not sure if this would be able to stay on the bidet sprayer holder.
@@HandyBros I decided to buy the hose and try the exact same setup as yours, same mixer, same valve, but no one has the connector to expand the 3/8" male to 1/2" female. This was amazing, you made it super easy to understand and follow. Just one request if you can provide a link to the 3/8 to 1/2inch conversion adapter used to connect the bidet hose to the stop valve
I can’t find 3/8 to 1/2 in adapter or bushing. I found this instead at Home Depot... Will it wok? 1/2 in. Compression Inlet x 3/8 in. Compression Outlet Brass Multi-Turn Straight Valve www.homedepot.com/p/202047042
Thank you for the feedback. I can definitely imagine other alternate products available out in the market. Just make sure the valve comes with a backflow preventer otherwise your hot water will flow through your cold water lines once a valve or faucet is turned on else where. The thermostatic valve we used had a built in back flow preventer.
Hey Bro I bought the ebay thermo valve with non-return, all is ok but one problem is the big bang noise going outside the house once i use the bidet, looks like air pressure going out or to the combi boiler, any advise would help
I have a hot and cold water bidet but its only connected to the cold water. I would have preferred it to be hot and cold. My issue is that the sprayer only works in short burst. I press it down water comes shooting out then immediately stops. Then i wait 2 seconds for the line to automatically fill up. Does anyone know what has gone wrong?
That would be a simple installation and I do do have the video for that as well if you look that up on my channel page. However, for a hot water supply, you need to tap into a hot water source.
this should be fairly straight forward. Just skip the thermostatic mixer valve and have the bidet sprayer hose connect directly to the cold water line via tee adapter.
Hi HandyBros, this video is very helpful for me. I want to install hand held bidet sprayer with hot & cold water for my parent restroom. Both they need to use daily. Do you have installation service in Camarillo, California? or can you introduce me a plumber can do it? Thank you so much. Mindy
Hi Mindy, thank you so much for reaching out. My suggestion would be to get all the parts and get a handyman to install it for you. Just show the guy the video so he knows what to do. This is a pretty easy and straight forward installation that any handyman can help you with. Good luck!

I really sorry to hear that you had this issue. Did you use the hose that came with your bidet set? I don't recommend using the one that comes with the bidet set since it is not meant to work under continuous pressure. I have a link to the Grohe hose in the description which is a lot stronger. I even have a video in the description showing the inside of these hoses and recommendation. Hope this help for you and other users of the Bidet.
The tee adapter doesn’t work with the hose under my sink. It’s bigger than 3/8”. How can I figure out if I need a 7/8”x7/8”x3/8” tee or 5/8”x5/8”x3/8”?
Look at the supply lines if they have any mention of the size. If not, try a few different sizes of the tee to figure out which one fits. If you have Vernier caliper, you can measure the size as well.
