I have a four year old son and I love my long nails. (When ever I would go to a salon they would literally tell me I dont need nails that long with a toddler..... I want what I pay them for!....... started doing nails myself, for that reason and many many other reasons that I'm not even gonna get into.)..... but now that I do my own nails, i make my thumb shorter, or leave them long for pics, then file them down. Cuz I the only thing I cant do is buckle and unbuckle my sons car seat (damn car seat..... hes worth it! But youd think they would come up with an easier car seat by now. Lol) ..... but yes! Thumbs shorter, keep the rest LONG! especially if you have kids!

hey love helpful tip: glue a water bottle cap to your carseat button and vwala! you can push the button with long nails! hope that helps
