IMO the Leicas are the nicest for stills but the S5 would have to take the cake for me since its the most versatile, offering a very nice still image and killer video. You’re a professional videographer not photographer 😂. I’ve used the d810 for 5 years and i absolutely loved that camera. As a photographer i really don’t care about video capabilities..
Phones are the best affordable ultrawides at least It took me over 10 years of photography to upgrade to a also about 10 year old EF 16-35 2.8 to have for the first time real wide angle capabilities

Now they get more or less affordable, especially with the RF 15-35mm 2.8 And i use mostly anywhere between 16 and 25mm, rarely for more reach the 35mm setting.
Its he’s own list not necessarily the list for professionals .. if we talk photography purely d810 is still a beast video is another segment i would choose the samsung GH5, or sony a7r

Having too many lens mounts is some kind of inate fear I have. I inherited a lot of Nikon stuff but I'm not the biggest fan of their DSLRs so I've been getting into MFT and even just having 2 lens mounts kinda urks me. Weird, I know.

I feel the D780 is your most capable camera there. Does video and no weird quirks like fixed lens, no back screen, etc… or maybe the S5. But understand why the QP and Xpro are favorites. They’re passion cameras.
Also 7 camera's from 7 different brands isn't what I would expect a real professional to have. Professionals invest in lenses. You only need one high end camera with a nice collection of lenses. Those cameras are usually good for photos and videos. Then if needing more that one camera because of team work, better to have them compatible from the same brand. Ofcourse specialty cameras can be added to the mix like a Polaroid, go pro or drone. But that guy seems to have a weird collection, that will produce different formats and will require different color correction strategies. Also if he hiers an assistant to use a second camera at an event, each set of pictures will have a different image rendering quality.

Since i was not that happy with the RP (wildlife and video) i replaced it with the R7 No full frame glory anymore but in anything else better
Because he likes trying different things. To me it looks like he mostly covers small to medium events based on his choices. Playing with different stuff then is fine, because any camera can get that job done well. I'm a bit surprised he didn't have at least one of the smaller m43 bodies as a lightweight event camera. He could get a nice capable one with great manual controllers that would be smaller than most of these even with a fast prime on it. Great companion cameras to a full frame system for when you want something truly small.
At the end of the day, it's gon' be HAARD to tell what camera was used for an image. I don't think I would ever buy these until I have the funds. Heard the leicas are amazing but I'd still grab the D780 over all of these because all of my lenses are Nikon lenses :) pretty nice set of cameras though!
