Finally a no bs mechanic channel. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
Great video! I like the close-up shot of how to take the coil packs off and your attention to detail. The video is perfect.
Bruh.....you just made this look so easy and simple. I also like the fact that you do one spark plug at a time. Thanks for the great video. Toyota charges 200 dollars for this Bull. Thanks again
$200?? I was told $389!
@@maricellavielma4068 $389????? I was just told $680!!!
Probably you have a 6 cylindrical engine.
Actually it's a 4 cylinder
I was told 888.15@@maricellavielma4068
This is a good video, thank you very much.
شكراً لك لقد جعلتني احتفظ بالنقود وانا احب ان اعمل الاشياء بنفسي شكراً مره آخرى
Great video! Right to the point! You are a word-economist! Thank you!
A professional as well! You show the plug #, state they come pre-gapped, and use a torque wrench!
Keep up these great videos!
thank you so much 👍
Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing ❤️🇺🇸
Good video keep up
I would get a 14 mm spark plug socket with built in magnet . AS it will hold the spark plug as you put it in place . So as not to drop it , etc to damage the tip and risk crossthreading .I also removed one coil pack , yet didn't have the right spark plug socket , now I do . So reconnected everything , yet had engine light on , saying three different fuel injectors were malfuntioning , charging system malfunction , collision control malfunction and orange triangle appearing on dash . Others have removed the negative battery terminal before this . I am thinking I shorted out the alternator or what !? Now to test all fuses to see if blown , especially one for alternator . Previously I had power washed my engine and how many days later . I tried to start my car and it was completely dead , used a battery jumpstarter to get it going . A few days ago car stalled on freeway , had to have it towed home .
Thank you sir.
Excellent
im glad i got a 4 cylinder cause things like spark plugs are so much easier to replace than 6 cylinders that have 3 behind the engine
Great job great VIDIO , talking to a minimum . Thank you
Great
exact same as the ford fusion minus the cover
How many miles you had when you changed your spark plugs
Hi! May I ask what is the interval of changing spark plugs? My Camry is 2018 with 66000 miles, original spark plug, running smoothly. Thank you so much.
Every 60,000 is recommended. I did it recently at 62,000 even though everything was running smooth
I want to change them myself but I’m nervous. What do you recommend?
if you still dont feel comfortable doing it yourself even after watching the video id just have someone else do it for you to save yourself the stress
Try it yourself first before you reach for help. It’s an amazing feeling when you’re able to do it on your own. That’s how I’ve learned through the years
@@603Mechanicvids I did it myself today and my car is driving great 👍
Thanks for this awesome video!
What symptoms u have?
Does the spark plug size apply to all models?
You should mostlily refer to your cars user manual. Could be differnt depending on the year.
How many miles you had before the replacement?
I didn't actually replace them, i was just making a how to video for others but toyota recommends changing the platinum plugs every 60k and if you have the iridium plugs they can be good up to 120k
@@603Mechanicvidshow to know my car is platina plugs or iridium plugs ?
I just passed 123,000 miles and they recommended I change mine
The number sparck
You never shared the link to the Park plugs..
all fixed it's in the description now sorry about that
30,000 is the recommended plug change
By who Toyota said 100-120k miles u a mechanic or built the camry
@@nfnyahweh3755 that’s what the dealership told me they use copper plugs not iridium I’ll just swap mine out myself. It took me about 30 minutes. Dealer wanted like 1000 bucks.
@@nfnyahweh3755 they use copper plugs and now I just changed to iridium
